1. Digital product delivery

DealCheck DXB sells digital Property Intelligence Documents. Each report is generated and delivered electronically upon payment. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, our refund policy is as follows.

2. Eligibility for refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

The report was not delivered within the expected timeframe due to a technical failure on our end.
The report was generated for an incorrect property address due to a system error (not user input error).
A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

3. Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The report was successfully delivered and downloaded.
The property provided returned limited data (this is disclosed before purchase via the free Quick View).
The buyer's decision outcome differed from the report's findings.
Change of mind after delivery.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact support@dealcheck.ae with your order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by card issuer.
